Project Accomplishments:
Advised Historic Homes, Ltd. in its development, financing, functional design, and construction of self park facility adjoining loft condominiums at 212 and 230 West Washington, downtown Chicago. Prepared RFP for third party operation. Evaluated and selected original and replacement (2006) revenue and access control systems. Assisted in operator evaluation and selection. Facility opened in June 1999, on time, under budget and filled to capacity on its second day of operation. Continue to monitor and supervise the operation of the facility under third party management.
