Project Accomplishments:
Assessed new development and functional design of multi-use facility for the City of Evanston. Made recommendations regarding revenue and access control equipment and implementation of interior way-finding and exterior graphics program to promote facility and parking efficiency. Extensive participation during construction phase. Assisted in RFP preparation, operator evaluation and selection. Garage completed and opened in June 2006.
