Working with an understanding of both the investment and the operations point of view, Hammerschlag & Co. thoughtfully advises on regulatory matters, financial analysis, design considerations, construction issues, and parking operations.

Our assignments have included, but are not limited to: operational and functional design appraisals, financial evaluations, development advisory services, and RFP preparations and "auctions" for third party operations. We have orchestrated the implementation or conversion of a number of parking facilities into totally automated operations featuring automated vehicle identification (AVI) and pay-on-foot equipment which promote extensive credit card usage and customer convenience.
