Project Accomplishments:
Completed 18 month advisory assignment in 1998: financial analysis, development, functional design evaluation, and construction oversight. Facility features 20,000 sq. ft. of ground level retail space with 9-level self park garage emphasizing most favorable functional design, an elegant facade designed by Lucien LaGrange, user friendliness, and distinctive graphics and way-finding elements. Purchased in partnership May 2002. Supervised $1,000,000 capital improvement program to included upgrade in access and revenue control systems to total automation. Further upgrade in May 2005 to promote optimal patron experience and maximum credit card use.
