- Deal size: $500,000 - $100 million
- Parking garages
- Parking lots
- Off-airport parking facilities
- Municipality owned parking facilities undergoing privatization
- The parking component of mixed-use development such as hotels, apartments, retail or a combination thereof
- Joint venture opportunities considered
